How it works

One lifecycle. From a voice note to a verified record.

Pakka follows the project the way your firm actually runs it — lead to quote to site to QC to money to the client — capturing each step in natural language and verifying it before it counts.

01

Lead → quote

A designer builds the estimate room by room in the Version Builder — categories, dimensions, catalog, margins. The client approves (or requests changes) on a branded portal, with view tracking and an internal approval gate first.

02

Quote → project

Won converts to a project: rooms and BOQ carry straight into the setup wizard. No re-keying. The quote and the project stop being two disconnected copies.

03

Field capture (WhatsApp)

The engineer sends a voice note — “false ceiling done in master bedroom.” Pakka transcribes the Hinglish, matches it to the exact task, and asks for a one-tap confirm. Photos auto-tag by room and trade.

04

QC gates the work

Nothing moves on a promise. Milestones don’t progress without a QC pass — checklist items, evidence photos, measurements. A failed QC auto-creates snags and rework. Cross-trade prerequisites are enforced.

05

Money follows proof

Payment tranches turn eligible only on QC pass. Vendor bills are settled on countersigned measurements — certified quantities, retention and advances computed. Maker/checker separation; double-release is impossible.

06

The client stays calm

A branded portal shows curated progress, photos and pending approvals. A 7 PM WhatsApp update goes out every evening — even on quiet days — plus a Saturday summary. Approvals get polite automatic reminders.

07

It compounds

Every voice note, QC pass and delay becomes cross-project intelligence — similar-issue detection, QC benchmarks, delay attribution. The system doesn’t just record your firm; it learns it.

The engineer’s day

Two verbs. Two taps. No app.

8:00 AM

🚀 Starting today

The briefing arrives on WhatsApp. The engineer ticks the phases that are start-ready. That’s the morning.

6:00 PM

✅ Update tasks

Pick the rooms, tick what’s done. Voice notes, photos and videos all work. Nothing is ever auto-closed — a human always confirms.

No one asks for it

What arrives automatically.

8:05 AM
Predictive delay alerts — before a slip compounds.
6:30 PM
Report nudge to the site — a gentle reminder to close the day.
7:00 PM
Client evening update — the best photo of the day, done, and what’s next.
Saturday
Weekly summary to the client; vendor scoring and DLP/overdue checks run in the background.
